- Summary/Artist Statement
- Typography is often divided into two dominant categories: serif and sans serif. Yet the structural differences between typefaces reveal far greater variation than these classifications suggest. Using the letter X as a starting point, this project examines how stroke contrast, symmetry, and form shape typographic identity. Through visual exploration, it asks whether typographic categories are truly fixed or constantly evolving.
