- Summary/Artist Statement
- Helvetia is inspired by my home country, Switzerland, and what it feels like to grow up in a country where discipline and precision are passed down through generations. It represents the birth from old mindsets into a new generation that embraces individuality, while still carrying the significance of our history and traditions. Traditional Swiss fabrics and military references appear throughout the collection, including tailored outerwear and deconstructed trench silhouettes layered over voluminous tulle ruffles. Several garments are designed to be worn in multiple ways, introducing adaptability and movement into the collection.
