- Summary
- This painting explores the idea of home through two versions of myself: a younger, monochrome me and who I am today. Seen through a fisheye lens, the house curves and bends around us, as though memory itself is shaping the space. It slips into surrealism as dense green foliage overtakes the frame, interrupted only by a lone magnolia flower. Together, these elements evoke the layered, sometimes dreamlike nature of memory, identity, and belonging.
