- Description
- Into the Jungle is a narrative about my family's refugee story escaping Laos during the Vietnam War. When my mother was young, she traveled secretly by foot through the jungles of Laos with her father, her three siblings, and her pregnant mother to escape the war torn landscape of her home. This collection reflects a deep expression of tension and cultural heritage by encapsulating the beautiful depths of the jungle, though things are not as peaceful as they seem beneath the canopy.
- This is a jacquard weave collection designed in NedGraphics, including 'Canopy' woven by MTL, and coordinating simulation of 'Vine.'
