Summary/Artist's Statement
Garden Nocturn is a plane that cultivates negative emotions. This collection is the descent of the character's mental. This collection was inspired by a childhood trauma of being locked in a basement.
Act 1: Innocence - Wrapped muslin boot with strap/single lace
Act 2: Delirium - Button up boot with burned heel, horn toggle button, enameled wood button, and leather wrapped button
Act 3: Penitence - Black double buckled boot with straps along the boot
Act 4: Assimilation - Triple zipper boot with trapunto "Roots"/ "Veins" along the boot
