- Summary/Artist's Statement
- This collection is inspired by a vampire punk-inspired aesthetic, which felt right as I was named after a vampire from my mother's favorite book (Blood and Gold by Anne Rice). The vampire not only represents my namesake but also societal outcasts who are pre-judged as malicious and unwanted simply for expressing themselves in a style that is off-kilter, much like those who were a part of the punk movement. This collection explores genderless design. Fluidity, love, and confidence. Coming through in bold fashion.
