- Butchered My collection’s purpose is to be a tool for self-actualization and empowerment for plus-sized individuals, who have long been marginalized and butchered by societal norms. Through fashion, I strive to cultivate a space of inclusivity and self-love, advocating for a redefinition of beauty that celebrates diversity in all its forms.
- About this Work:
- Butchered; Sweater, Skirt and Stockings: Red & ivory voluminous sleeved sweater over red hue handloomed godet skirt & tie front stockings. Inclusive size; natural fibers hand dyed after knit; pieces are hand knit, crochet, or handloomed.
- Butchered; Top and Pants: Red hued cinch top with attached back train, red hued handknit cut out pants. Inclusive size; handloomed ottoman texture on top; hand dyed pants & ties.
