- A digital native who got my start nearly ten years ago making fan edits for my tumblr, I strive to design pieces that translate to the screen. "Angels Welcome" is an homage to my tumblr days and internet culture, transporting you to a cyber oasis. I drew inspiration from neon lights and vaporwave aesthetics, hallmarks of the tumblr style that initially piqued my interest many years ago. Beginning with a sketch on paper, I translated the wallpaper design digitally to give it a slick, graphic feel. I then manipulated the photo of the lounge to reflect my vision. The result is a lounge concept that merges URL with IRL.
