- Summary/Artist's Statement
- "BelvederePods" is a collection and system of outdoor retail displays. These displays would be rentable to online stores, providing them with a way to give their targeted audience the experience of insight into their brand through window displays. Store windows are typically unavailable to online retailers who do not have physical storefronts the way brick-and-mortar stores do. With these installations, online stores can create environments to display their merchandise and advertise their brand to people in different locations. Since coming to the VPED major at FIT, I have enjoyed working with window displays, as well as building and construction. Therefore, I would love to gain more experience in the retail world, potentially as a visual merchandiser, as well as in a fabrication or production company. I love hands-on projects and hope to continue creating art and designs throughout my career path.
