Runway27 is a Fashion Institute of Technology's student-run organization that showcases an annual fashion show. In celebration of its 10th year, the club brings together all different majors in FIT to pay homage to the outstanding talents of the students. The show reflects the beauty of their synergistic cycle that keeps the fashion industry whole and in constant evolution.

Runway27, a student club comprised of students from all different majors across the college, will hold its annual runway show; this year's theme is Twisted. The event represents the work of four different committees—merchandising, production, public relations, and event planning—producing a professional-level runway show featuring work by FIT fashion designers combined with retail clothing and accessories.

Fashion Institute of Technology's fifth annual pet apparel and accessories runway show, BARK-à-Porter. These canine models showcased unique pet garments, accessories, and products created by students and alumni of the FIT Center for Professional Studies' Pet Product Design and Marketing professional development certificate program.

Pet fashions and accessories reflecting social responsibility and sustainability were shown on the runway at the Fashion Institute of Technology's sixth annual pet apparel and accessories runway show, BARK Smart. Dogs of various breeds and sizes showcased environmentally friendly pet garments, accessories, and products created by students and alumni of the FIT Center for Professional Studies' Pet Product Design and Marketing professional development certificate program. The show was produced by students in FIT's Events Planning professional development certificate program, which also is offered through the FIT Center for Professional Studies. Bark Smart is also a charitable endeavor, held in partnership with the New York City Mayor's Alliance.

Fashion Institute of Technology's fourth annual pet apparel and accessories runway show, BARKinistas Unleashed. Approximately 12 canines will take to the dog walk to present about two dozen unique designs created by students in the FIT Center for Professional Studies' Pet Product Design and Marketing professional development certificate program. As in previous years, the show is conceptualized, designed, and produced by FIT's Advertising and Marketing Communications BS program's fourth-year Special Events Marketing class. April 18, 2012.
