"The Legacy: Diversity Meets Technology 2026" 3D virtual fashion exhibition presents a total of 28 looks, featuring traditional African ensembles from prestigious museum collections alongside contemporary reinterpretations from The Museum at FIT, created by legendary fashion designers from eight African countries—Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, and South Africa. Each look is meticulously 3D modeled and interwoven with the stories of cultural trailblazers whose lives and legacies have inspired global audiences. Together, these works honor the richness, innovation, and influence of African fashion, preserving its cultural heritage for future generations.

My study investigates how luxury brand employed innovative technologies to transform their go-to-market strategy targeting Chinese luxury consumers –and the extent to which these new technologies can support luxury brands in further strengthening their brand values.
